Almost everyone that walks into our bakery lets out and OMG or two :] The smell of sugar and spice waifs through the air hours after the ovens have cooled and the cupcakes have been sold. Imagine their delight when we tell them we bake just like grandma used to, with measuring cups...bowls of flour and sweet cream butter. From scratch, no mixes, no trans fats, no hydrogenated this or that. Each and every ingredient that we use is of the highest quality we can find. Better yet, you can pronounce everyone of them.
From our hand decorated cookies to our quirky yet elegant cupcakes, a little bit of love is baked into each byte ;] A few words about our cupcakes..... Cupcakes, a little piece of Americana done with Wired Whisk wholesomeness. Our cupcakes are baked fresh throughout the day. Are you a picky cupcake connoisseur? Then call ahead, specify away and we’ll bake them to order!
We rotate cupcake flavors every three months. Currently for the winter we are whisking up the following: Black N Tans: AKA the Classics Vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla or chocolate frosting….mix or match. Smores Please!: Chocolate cake filled with marshmallow fluff topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate chips and graham crackers. Elvis Lives!: Banana cake filled with peanut butter topped with chocolate buttercream and chocolate chips. Lemon Sunshine: Vanilla cake filled with lemon cream topped with lemon buttercream Bananas Impostors: Banana cake filled with caramel with butterscotch cream cheese frosting. Black Velvet: Yum without all the red :] Chocolate cake with velvety cream cheese frosting. Death by NiB: Our rich moist chocolate cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream
